As an Assistant Branch Manager,you will bekey supportto the Business Manager taking on theownershipofteam management,monitoring & encouraging the daily sales activity,and covering day-to-day tasks to ensure the branch is consistently providing its best service to its customers.

We are looking for you to haveteam management experience, have anatural flair in relationship buildingand be able todrive peopleto achieve and exceed personal & business targets.

As anAssistant Branch Manager, you will need toconsistently think creativelyto producenewandinnovative ideasto attract new customers and drive loyalty with live trading accounts.

Assistant Branch Manager- Experience & Attributes::
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Electrical product knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, including telesales and account management
  • To be customer centric with a customer service background
  • To have had experience of working under pressure in a fast-paced role, whilst maintaining a consistent eye for detail
  • An ability to embrace change and new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (including persuasion and influencing)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across a cross functional team to deliver target performance
  • Intermediate IT skills (i.e., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of M3 across a range of branch processes and procedures
