Description
- Carry out comprehensive financial planning and analysis
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management
- Work closely with different business units to understand financial needs
- Participate in the development of new financial models
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems
- Support the finance team in any other related tasks
Profile
A successful Junior FP&A Analyst should be:
- Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and some experience in previous analyst roles
- Studying or planning to study CIMA/ACCA/ACA (study support available)
- Team player with excellent communication skills, capable of working within a team to deliver collective priorities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing business environment
- Proficient in Excel and experience with BI tools preferred (multi-dimension 'cube' reporting)
- Curiosity to extract trends, understand key business drivers, and present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience within the hospitality sector or multi-site retail preferred
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
