ADMIN ASSISTANT, BROMLEYCompany OverviewThe company are seeking an organised, proactive and hard-working admin assistant to support in their office. They are a small team based in Bromley seeking day-to-day support with various admin tasks.Responsibilities
  • Managing claims progression to ensure all necessary documents have been obtained
  • Contacting clients to request outstanding claims documentation
  • Overseeing the organisation and maintenance of One-Drive filing systems
  • General admin support – sorting out telephone issues, organising excel databases, answering phones (low call volume) and various other tasks
  • Liaising with directors to ensure claim requirements are met
  • Overseeing inbox and filing documents accordingly
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
  • A-level or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years admin support experience required
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Highly proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills as part of the job is client facing
  • Proficient in Microsoft office 
Compensation and Benefits
  • Up to £36,000 depending on experience
  • 5 days in the office, 9-5:30 with a 30-minute lunch break
  • Salary review after 6 months with a potential 5% uplift
