We're seeking a Senior Risk Manager to help shape the future of our clients organisation's control framework and risk management. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact, working at the heart of a business committed to excellence.

Offering up to £85,000 + 6k Car Allowance + 20% Bonus + Private Healthcare + Very flexible Hybrid Working & Hours

What you'll be doing

  • Build and enhance the organisation's risk management framework, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.
  • Conduct risk assessments, support Finance and Operations with improved controls, and maintain a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain process maps, a risk controls matrix, and ensure alignment with regulatory standards (CQC/GDP/NMC/GPHC/ICO).
  • Lead risk reporting, prepare dashboards, and support audit readiness through accurate documentation.
  • Partner across teams, fostering communication and a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • A professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or CIA with a background in Risk, Controls & Audit
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, focused on driving efficiencies and embracing change.
  • Strong organisational skills, balancing attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
