School Administrator - Immediate Start

We are seeking a School Administrator to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience, ideally within a school setting. Experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable.

Key Details:
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
  • Pay: £13-£15 per hour (dependent on experience)
  • Contract: Temporary
Role Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records using SIMS.
  • Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
  • Assisting with student attendance and other routine school operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures.

  • Strong administrative experience, preferably within a school environment.
  • Proficiency in SIMS is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
