Job Description

As a Lead Landscaper, you will be responsible for preparing & installing various types of landscaping/fencing projects, to meet the specific requirements &/or preferences of our clients. You will work with a variety of materials, contractors, machinery & tools to create aesthetically pleasing, practical outdoor spaces.


Key Responsibilities
  • Working alongside management, methodically plan out work based on client specifications & site conditions.
  • Prepare job sites by removing existing materials & preparing areas for you to install finished products.
  • Installation of landscaping structures using mixed materials. Ranging from fences & pergolas to patios & walling.
  • To run a team & make sure operations run smoothly, and to schedule, communicating with management regularly.
  • Ensure all work meets our high standards of quality & craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors & team members to ensure project success.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following Health & Safety procedures provided, especially in public spaces.
  • Handle tools & equipment safely and responsibly.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a landscaper, including management of teams.
  • Strong knowledge of various materials & installation techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Good physical condition & stamina.
  • Valid driver's license (requirement).
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, including management of team members.
  • Plant (digger, etc) driving & towing trailers experience/licence preferable.
