- Pure are seeking a Finance Officer for a 6-month contract with a charity in central Cambridge.
- The role involves supporting the Head of Finance during a peak workload, focusing on month-end processes and year-end statutory accounts production.
- Key responsibilities include monthly reconciliations, consolidated report production, and cashflow forecast reviews.
- Candidates must have proven experience in relevant duties, excellent Excel skills, and be available to start at short notice.
- The position offers hybrid working, requires 35 hours per week, and the salary is competitive based on experience.
This role will be involved in month end processes including cost recovery calculations, various reconciliations, this will play a key part in supporting with the year end process and production of the statutory accounts.
The main duties are as follows -
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Produce monthly consolidated reports
- Review monthly cashflow forecasts and provide feedback
- Managing the reconciliation process of the inter company transactions and balances
- Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts
- Support the Head of Finance with analysing information
You must have proven experience in the above mentioned duties, excellent Excel skills are essential for this role. You must also be available to start at short notice.
