We're seeking a dedicated Tax Senior for a permanent role, based just East of Cambridge, who provide exceptional tax advisory and compliance services for both businesses and private clients.

Description

  • Preparation and review of tax returns and computations
  • Liaising with clients and advising on tax related issues
  • Assisting in the management of a portfolio of clients
  • Providing guidance, training and support to junior staff
  • Involvement in financial services tax audits
  • Communicating with HMRC on client tax matters

Profile

A successful Tax Senior should have:

  • A degree in accounting or a professional qualification in tax or accounting (ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of UK tax legislation and practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in tax accounting systems
  • A problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
