Senior Administrator - Permanent -Part time (3 days a week) - Cardiff - £16,500-£17,100

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a local charity to support them to recruit a Senior Administrator, we are proud to be assisting them in a range of positions , the charity is situated in 7 acres of grounds and easily accessible to the main transport and public transport links.

This is a part time role and the individual must be available Monday and Friday with the other day flexible)

What the Senior Administrator will will be doingThe ideal Senior Administrator will will be responsible for

* Help oversee the Receptionist and Admin Clerk to ensure reception cover and admin tasks are fulfilled

  • Support, guide, and encourage team members in their roles, helping them reach their potential and resolve any challenges they may face in their work.
  • Attend meetings and take accurate minutes, ensuring that all action points are noted and followed up as required.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team, including organizing travel arrangements, preparing reports, and providing any other assistance as required.

What the successful Senior Administrator will bring to the teamThis role is suitable for someone who has

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in managing or supervising staff, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to perform to the best of their ability.
