- Lead Generation - Developing leads from existing brokers and identifying new brokers in the market that match our underwriting appetite.
- Broker Insight - Building a database of insight into our existing brokers.
- Quote Chasing: - Following up on quotes on behalf of underwriters across Q-Underwriting.
- Development - Identifying broker potential and reactivating dormant accounts.
- Finding cross-sell opportunities for other parts of PIB Group and following up on marketing campaigns, initiatives and insurance events.
- Organising and attending meetings with my account leads to maintain relationships and to always ensure they are satisfied with our services and products offered.
- Growing panel of brokers – Engaging with a selected panel of brokers every 6-8 weeks to build rapport and speak of the key products Q can offer. This in turn will generate new business presentations which is then forwarded to the correct underwriting teams across the brand.
- An understanding of the insurance industry is a bonus however if you are keen to pursue a career within the sector consideration will be given as full training provided
- You will be able to manage stakeholders at all levels, having a personable approach, and ability to build excellent rapport as well as providing a quality service.
- You will be able to multi-task, with excellent levels of organisation and time management skills, and display a high level of attention to detail.
- You will be fully proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- You have highly developed communication skills (both verbal and written).
