Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

TSR Legal are working with a well-established law firm in Cheltenham who are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor.

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing and running a full caseload.
• Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
• Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.

Requirements

• Preferably minimum of 3 plus years PQE
• Be able to handle their own caseload with minimal supervision
• Have a strong technical proficiency
• Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
• Be able to work under pressure but in a supportive environment
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be able to deal with complex matters
• Be a team player
