Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Customer Care is responsible for the order entry administration and follow up of the orders of existing customer accounts and prospects. . In this role Customer Care will fully support the Customer Development Manager with all aspects of supply chain. This is a full time. temp contract but go permanent

  • Salary - £24,000 -£25,000 33 days holiday, pension, free parking, death in service
  • Hours – Monday- Thursday 8.30am- 5pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm
  • Location -Holmewood, Chesterfield

The candidate that we are looking for is organised and customer orientated and should have an entrepreneurial and “can do” approach to business with good communication and presentational skills. The role requires exceptional interpersonal qualities. You should be able to relate to existing customers and suppliers and work colleagues at all levels.

Customer Care Key Responsibilities

  • You are required to have accurate reporting skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Responsible for all after-sales activities.
  • Order receipt, processing and management of customer inquiries
  • Management of service requests (e.g. samples) and professionally handle and assist in resolving complaints.
  • Follow-up of orders and managing timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate the logistics in relation to the order processing.
  • Maintaining good relationships with the customers.

Customer Care Skills Required

The candidate that we are looking for should have “can do” approach to business you should be a problem solver who likes change and innovation. Your personality should be described as enterprising, enthusiastic and energetic.  It is essential that you are a confident communicator, who can create effective relationships. 

•             Minimum 2 years customer care experience is essential

•             Experience of working in a commercial environment

•             Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
