LTF Recruitment are working alongside a Secondary School based in Coventry who are looking to appoint an events & marketing coordinator to start during September.

Roles & Responsibilities:

We seek to appoint an Events and Marketing Co-Ordinator to be responsible for managing the School's Facilities Booking System, Parent Pay, Travel Plan, Extra-Curriculum Clubs, social media, School Visits and Residential Risk Assessment Planning. They are required to promote the school's mission, values, and offering while fostering a sense of community and cultural pride. This role would involve creating, managing, and executing marketing strategies and events that align with the school's ethos and attract prospective students, engage current families, and connect with the broader community.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience within a school setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Proficiency using online booking management software & Microsoft packages.
  • Has excellent timekeeping ability and can work to strict deadlines.
  • Is passionate about working within a school setting and supporting young learners.
