About the Role:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all HR functions within this thriving Manufacturing/Engineering SME environment. You will bring your expertise in employment law, change management, and employee relations to ensure the company's HR strategy aligns with its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance on employment law and HR best practices.
Lead redundancy programmes and manage change initiatives.
Develop strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
Confidently challenge and influence stakeholders when necessary.
Manage multiple and changing priorities effectively.
Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations.
Oversee payroll processes, particularly hourly-paid payroll elements.
Experience & Qualifications:
CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification.
Previous experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering SME environment.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
