Office Assistant6 Month FTCOutskirts of CrawleyLloyd Recruitment Services have partnered with a leading hospitality organisation on the outskirts of Crawley, who are looking to recruit an Office Assistant on a 6 month fixed term contract.This is a superb opportunity to be integrated into a family run business, who are an industry leader within their sector.If you have a passion for sports or leisure, then this could be the ideal role for you!For the right candidate, there is real scope for this to become a longer term or potentially permanent position.What will you be doing?

  • Answering the office phone and directing enquiries to the right person
  • General filing and administration tasks
  • Performing ad hoc PA duties as necessary
  • Collaborating with the team on event organisation and logistics
  • Inputting information onto the system
  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Managing office equipment and inventory supplies
  • Ensuring the office is clean and functional
  • Providing clerical support to the finance team

They are looking for someone with:

  • Office experience (minimum 1 year experience)
  • Good numerical skills
  • A confident and engaging telephone manner
  • A can-do attitude and proactive approach to tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
