If you're passionate about invoicing processes, customer relations, and financial accuracy, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the end-to-end billing process. Your expertise in invoicing systems and customer service will be critical in ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also have the chance to collaborate closely with various teams, providing a seamless experience for their valued customers.Day to day duties include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of all customer invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Monitor data accuracy and manage adherence to deadlines and targets, while performing account reconciliations
- Take charge of reviewing aged debt and cash collection, ensuring that cash allocations are accurately matched with outstanding invoices
- Resolve banking discrepancies promptly to maintain cash flow
- Maintain and update customer account information while addressing inquiries and resolving invoicing discrepancies professionally
- Collaborate with sales teams on new contract setups and ensure adherence to contract specifications
- Prepare and analyse invoicing costing reports to track performance and identify enhancements
- Contribute to month-end processes by adhering to timelines and assisting with bank reconciliations and VAT queries
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Requirements:
- AAT or QBE qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable, cash allocation, and account reconciliation
- Proficiency in Sage50 and credit control
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
