The Role:As an Occupational Health Advisor, you’ll be based at a client's site in Crewe, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting employees' physical and mental wellbeing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting workplace assessments and advising on potential health risks- Carrying out health surveillance, pre-employment, and fitness-for-work screenings- Providing expert guidance on occupational health concerns- Managing a caseload of up to 7 cases per day
Essential Criteria:- Registered General Nurse with Occupational Health Nursing qualification (essential)- Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor- Current NMC Registration
