Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Dartford, Kent. We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Senior Administrator. This is full-time and permanent position and working for very well established company. Very interesting and varied role with a scope for progression.

The primary purpose:

  • Ensure the efficient and effective management of administrative operations within the company, by offering extensive clerical and administrative support.
  • The Senior Administrator should be highly organized and be able to multitask with ease under pressure.
  • Main tasks include but are not limited to, acting as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring effective information flow within the organization, managing the office space and equipment, project management, scheduling meetings, arranging conferences and events, compiling reports and presentations, and arranging complex travel.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Comprehensive Administrative Support, proving extensive administrative assistance to the specified departments, as well as other departments as needed and as time allows.
  • Complex Travel Management, coordinating travel arrangements, including collaboration with global offices, and manage VISA requirements, flights, hotels, transfers, car hire, and trains.
  • Event Coordination, plan and execute corporate events regionally, including meetings, conferences, and staff events, ensuring they meet organizational objectives and budget constraints.
  • Assist with marketing services by preparing for tradeshows, distributing literature, and managing company giveaways. Oversee the ordering, tracking, and distribution of all branded materials.
  • Reception Coverage and Multitasking, efficiently manage multiple tasks by providing reception cover, including answering calls, taking messages, greeting visitors, sorting incoming and outgoing correspondence, and coordinating company healthcare and / or other appointments.
  • Maintain and continuously develop content and function for The Hub colleague app, identify ways to enhance colleague outreach, and strive to create a centre of excellence.
  • Confidential Information Management: Handle and manage confidential information
  • Communication Liaison, facilitating internal communication by preparing and distributing memos, newsletters, and updates across multiple platforms using relevant communication styles.
  • Compile detailed and insightful reports and create impactful presentations by systematically collecting, analysing, and synthesising data from a wide range of internal and external sources.

Person Specification

  • Established Administrator or Administrative Assistant with 5 Years of proven experience.
  • Organisational Management, manage and streamline business operations.
  • Project management, with a track record of collaboration and adhering to budget.
  • Problem-Solving, with the ability to identify issues, analyse problems, and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and an active listener.
  • Working in a busy and changing working environment
  • PA/EA experience
