Our client, an industry-leading Secure Destruction business based in Norfolk, are looking to recruit 2 x experienced, inspirational Internal Sales Team Leaders to join their growing team. Based in a brand-spanking new office in Dereham (the first 4/6 weeks will be spent in the current Swaffham office ahead of the New Year move), this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s)!Our client have been established for close to 20 years, and have grown from a regional business to a national operation, with 3 separate, large-scale depots across the UK. They specialise in the secure destruction of documents, textiles and media waste, and work with a wide range of corporates. Due to their continued success (double-digit growth every year since their inception), they are actively seeking the right candidate(s) to lead their Internal Sales team. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Overseeing a small team of 4 Sales FTE- Ensuring the team exceed all sales KPI's/expectations through an inspiring leadership approach- Coaching/developing/training team members- Working to own personal sales targets (leading from the front)- Reporting on individual/team performance to senior managementIn order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience of leading others in a target-driven B2B sales environment - Confident, personable leadership approach- Experience of developing team members- Articulate, professional telephone manner- Fun, personable approach to work (ability to build relationships very quickly!)- Genuine desire to make additional money in commission/bonusesIn addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:- Uncapped commission structure (realistic OTE: £70,000 (this is just hitting 100% of target!) - however, you can earn much more!)- Incredible training investment (complete 4-week sales classroom training on company/services)- Amazing progression opportunities into further leadership roles- Fun, sociable (and brand-spanking new!) offices- Free parking (also very close to nearest public transport links)- Company pool car (or fuel card)- Onsite gym- Profit sharing scheme (launching in early 2025!)Our client are looking to move very quickly on this project, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
