2nd Line Service Desk EngineerDundee/Hybrid£25,000 - £30,000

Day-to-Day:

  • Supporting the Service Desk in a 2nd Line capacity
  • Supporting clients on-site with technical issues and project work
  • Collaborating with your team and the escalation team to find a resolution for your clients.
  • Maintaining and supporting your client's infrastructure
