Description
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Exposure to Microsoft 365 in a work setting.
- Basic Networking skills to include DNS / DHCP.
- Outstanding Customer Support / End User skills.
- Professional exposure to Windows Server Operating Systems.
- Firewall experience would be beneficial.
- Experience with supporting multiple users in a fast paced environment is highly advantageous.
