- Manage financial planning and forecasting processes
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to drive business performance
- Liaise with other departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ensure financial compliance and risk management
- Contribute to strategic financial decisions
- Review and analyse financial data for business insights
- Manage and mentor junior team members
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry
- Strong financial and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
