We are eager to speak to experienced Legal Secretaries / Legal PA's who are looking for a new opportunity to join a market-leading firm in Edinburgh. In this role, you will be supporting two teams of solicitors daily, providing strong legal support and producing high-quality work daily. You will be a confident communicator who thrives within a busy environment, as well as someone who enjoys completing a broad range of administrative support daily. Ideally, you will have experience within a dispute resolution or IP team and be eager to join a fantastic firm based in Edinburgh City Centre.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working core business hours Monday - Friday. This role will follow a hybrid working model and offer a salary of up to £35,000 p/a DOE.

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You are an experienced Legal PA, or Legal Secretary ideally within a Dispute Resolution or IP team
  • You have strong administration experience within a professional environment
  • You are a well organised individual with excellent time and diary management
  • You have strong client service experience, and desire to always provide an excellent client experience
  • You are a confident communicator both written and orally
  • You enjoy building strong business relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • You have a positive, 'can-do' attitude
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages and other software
  • You have strong document production experience, and attention to detail

What is the day to day like?

  • Providing administrative support to a team of stakeholders daily
  • Managing time and diary to complete all tasks
  • Completing client onboarding, performing AML checks
  • Proactively working towards and meeting set targets and deadlines
  • Building strong business relationships internally and externally
  • Providing excellent client service daily
  • Completing dictation when required
  • Ensuring all information is up to date and accurate on the internal system
  • Managing Fee Earner's diaries daily, scheduling meetings and planning travel when required
  • Completing all administrative tasks daily including document production
  • Liaising with various teams and departments where required
  • Completing month-end billing for a large team
  • Following all internal policies and procedures daily
