I am recruiting for talented Paid Search specialists at Executive, Senior Executive, Manager and Senior Manager levels to join the Paid Search Team and contribute to the continued growth and success of this agency.

Multiple locations across the UK including Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Edinburgh.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing Paid Search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
  • Being hands on with the day-to-day management of Paid Search campaigns. Including campaign setup, optimisations, strategy, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to drive best in class performance.
  • Attending and representing the team at external and internal client meetings.

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience with SA360 or international search engines a bonus.
  • Experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, in an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
