  • Job Title/Location: Financial Portfolio Administrator, Epsom/WFH
  • Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
  • Office/WFH: Average working week is 4 days office, 1-day WFH once training is complete
  • Requirements: Good administrative experience, ability to work independently with strong communication, MS Excel and writing skills
  • Role Snapshot: Support 2 colleagues who are regularly out of the office, around the UK, often working unsupervised, dealing with admin, management information (MI), customer liaison, preparing bespoke customer letters, regularly using MS Excel

The Role: The Financial Portfolio Administrator role is based around supporting two colleagues, in a team of three, these colleagues regularly being out of the office and meeting customers all around the UK, so it is down to this person to hold the fort at Head Office. Key responsibilities include:

  • Support colleagues with complex mortgage administration, including all aspects of both pre & post meeting administration, including letter writing, phone calls, emails & identifying & updating relevant data as required.
  • Provide support with research and preparation of all forms of Management Information (MI), including team, management & board reports as necessary. You would also provide any necessary statistical information and work on legal recovery procedures relating to mortgage redemptions.
  • Prepare/issue standard or bespoke letters/emails to customers as appropriate.
  • Responsibility for the ongoing administration and contact strategy for all building insurance mailing incl. the accurate maintenance of spreadsheets and the company’s records as necessary.

Skills / Experience Required: For this Financial Portfolio Administrator role our client requires strong administrative experience, someone who can take the initiative & work independently with good communication and MS Excel skills. Strong letter writing skills are vital as you will be producing communication to solicitors and customers.
