Outsourced Finance Manager, Farnborough, £45-65k

A great opportunity to join a successful and established accountancy practice, heading up the Outsourcing and Business Services team, you’ll oversee and manage a portfolio of end-to-end accounting service clients.

Qualifications and Systems Experience

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Excellent knowledge of Xero (essential), Office and advanced Excel skills. Experience with Dext, Chaser, Modulr, and IRIS would also be preferred / beneficial.

Relevant Experience

Experience in a fast-paced practice accounting environment and in managing a team that will be providing services including bookkeeping, VAT returns, management reporting, cashflows, statutory accounts, corporation tax, R+D tax, disclosures, self-assessment and Directors tax returns etc.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review statutory and annual accounts, tax returns etc.
  • Prepare reports identifying results, trends, and forecasts.
  • Assist with accounting operations, quality control, and financial reporting.
  • Develop business processes and accounting policies.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide ad hoc advisory services.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
