My client is a specialist in providing maintenance, new installation and repair works to the industrial lift industry across the South of England, with a Head Office based in Farnborough, Hampshire and a second satellite office in Tower Bridge, London.

After years of growth, contract wins and expansion they are now looking to develop their office-based Support Team by adding another Service Administrator on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 08:00am to 05:00pm daily.

The role will involve the following duties;

  • Coordinating service schedules to ensure timely maintenance and repairs of lifts.
  • Communicating with clients to provide updates on service status and gather feedback.
  • Managing service requests by logging and prioritising them in the system.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of spare parts and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assisting technicians by providing necessary documentation and technical support.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies during service operations.
  • Updating service records and generating reports for management review.
  • Handling billing and invoicing processes for completed service tasks.
  • Training new staff on service protocols and administrative procedures.
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following;

  • Driving license and own vehicle, due to office location.
  • Experience of working in a service contract environment, managing and liaising with engineering personnel.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
  • A keen enthusiasm for development and learning.
