Job Overview

Reporting to the Production Operations Manager, this role is essential in ensuring smooth operation of stock management processes. You will be working closely with engineers, subcontractors and project teams to maintain efficient stock control, process job sheets, manage stock replenishment and handle stock-related queries.

Your Responsibilities

Attend weekly stock meetings to understand requirements

Process job sheets, book out stock, chase incomplete sheets and manage callout/PM sheets to ensure timely dispatch and invoicing

Serve as the main point of contact for all stock-related queries from engineers and internal teams

Monitor, replenish and order stock as needed

Manage stock returns and subcontractor stock requests including deliveries and invoice verification

Work with the Project Coordinator to forecast and communicate stock demands

Using in-house system for stock management, reporting and maintaining accurate records

About You

Previous stock management experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)

Previously worked with MRP systems

A highly organised individual who is detail-oriented with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks

Logical thinking to problem solving

Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Take ownership of stock operations, working solely to coordinate all related tasks and making the role your own
