This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to influence right across the business.You’ll focus on future performance – moving beyond month-end reporting to deliver meaningful analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and support the delivery of strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across business units
Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight and support
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning
Interpret and present financial information in a clear, commercial manner
Help drive a culture of accountability and performance through data-driven insight

About You

Qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, ideally in a fast-paced or complex environment
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Confident communicator with the ability to challenge and influence at a senior level
Proactive, collaborative, and keen to drive continuous improvement
