Salary - £ 22,100-£24,000 per annum - depending on skills and experience

About the role

We are currently recruiting for a permanent Administrator to join our asset team.

Your role will be to assist the Asset Sales Team in the sale of properties and preparing properties and land for sale.

This post provides administrative support to the Asset Sales team and is responsible for a variety of tasks including managing the Sales email inbox, identifying units for sale, processing valuations and access details, updating the Asset Sales team on information received, preparing letters, maintaining records and liaising with external stakeholders.

You will support and facilitate meetings, arrange team meetings, sending invites, co-ordinate agenda, to take and circulating minutes. This role will also include to maintain the property register in response to emails received with updates of access details, changes of tenure, decisions made, and valuations received.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you

Strong administrative and telephone experience in a customer service role involving direct contact/front line support role with the public including complaints and queries from dissatisfied customers, demonstrating ability to resolve problems.

Strong administrative skills with experience across Microsoft packages, especially Excel, Outlookand SharePoint is essential for this role. This will also include you having good organisational skills.

Experience of using Land Registry Portal would be beneficial but not essential.

You will be able to demonstrate commitment to Customer Service in all activities Focuses on right first time, taking ownership to ensure procedures are followed and standards are met.

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.
