HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Gloucester, £23.70ph PAYE - Reference: 5264851
You will ideally have CIPD at Level 5 or above and experience of managing restructure projects within the public sector with up to date employment law knowledge.
There will be a requirement to be in office at least one day per week and possibly more at key project times and during induction. Part time will be considered.
- This will be leading on a complex restructure ensuring compliance with internal and statutory legal obligations and ensuring employees feel informed and involved in the process.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
