HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Gloucester, £23.70ph PAYE - Reference: 5264851

You will ideally have CIPD at Level 5 or above and experience of managing restructure projects within the public sector with up to date employment law knowledge.

There will be a requirement to be in office at least one day per week and possibly more at key project times and during induction. Part time will be considered.

This will be leading on a complex restructure ensuring compliance with internal and statutory legal obligations and ensuring employees feel informed and involved in the process.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
