Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and diaries
  • Respond to customer calls/emails and confirm appointments
  • Update the system and records
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise
  • General admin support for the team

The person:

  • Administration experience, scheduling experience is desirable
  • Diary management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills - with ability to prioritise
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills

 The salary is up to £24,250 DOE, Hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
