ICT Technician

£25,000 - £32,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line ICT support to staff and students.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the network.
- Manage user accounts and permissions within a Microsoft environment.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of classroom technology and AV equipment.
- Support project implementation, including network upgrades and software deployments.
- Collaborate with ICT teams across the trust, sharing best practices and resources.
- Document technical processes and update knowledge bases for internal use.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an ICT technician role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (travel expenses covered).
