Job Title: PA to Head of Leading School in SurreyLocation: Surrey, UKSalary: £50,000We are looking for a PA/Diary Manager to provide exceptional support to the Head of a leading school in Surrey, UK. You will be working alongside another experienced EA, ensuring seamless management of the Head’s demanding and ever-changing schedule. Your key responsibilities will include diary and meeting management, travel booking, coordinating board meetings, organising events and catering, office management, and putting together recruitment packs.This is a very busy role and requires a proactive and highly capable candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to work onsite and start at 8am. You may also be expected to work Saturdays during term time, however there will be the opportunity to take an extended break during school holidays. Requirements:

Experience in a similar role including diary management
Used to working in a logistically busy role
Driver’s license and access to a car is essential
