As General Manager, you'll lead daily site operations, overseeing all aspects of property management, resident satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and smooth tenant experiences.
  • Manage resident satisfaction, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Handle recruitment, training, and development for a motivated onsite team.
  • Ensure financial compliance, monitoring budgets, reporting, and P&L.
