The Client recruiting for the Service & Sales Coordinator:

Your Role as a Service & Sales Coordinator:

• Speaking with customers and handling inbound emails/calls
• Discussing their situation regarding materials testing equipment, service and calibration needs
• Information gathering
• Utilise existing database to find further customers
• Planning and scheduling of engineer visits
• Follow up on warm leads from calls/emails and website, liaising with sales team
• Provide quotes, follow up, and perform contract reviews
• ~8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8am - 2pm Friday

Ideal Background for the Service & Sales Coordinator Position:

• Existing experience as a coordinator in an office-based environment
• Ideally some experience with sales administration / scheduling and planning
• Knowledge of materials testing would be a huge advantage but not essential
• Commercially astute
• Organised and methodical mindset
• Able to have technical conversations with customers
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• A customer service focus with a friendly, non-starchy approach
• Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship

The Package for the Service & Sales Coordinator:

• £30,000 - £38,000 Basic Salary
• Annual company performance related bonus
• 5 days in office, possibly 1 day from home when trained and up to speed.
