We are looking for a dedicated Registry Services Administrator to join a prestigious higher education institution's Academic Registry team on a temporary 2-month contract. This role is based 5 days a week onsite near Potters Bar, Hertfordshire.

As the Registry Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding front-of-house service to both students and staff.
  • Managing multiple email inboxes, triaging general enquiries, and redirecting tasks as needed.
  • Performing routine finance and purchasing activities.
  • Assisting the Registry Services Manager with various administrative duties, including committee servicing, diary management, and project coordination.
  • Acting as the Departmental Health and Safety Co-ordinator.

To be successful in the role, you must have:

  • Previous experience within the education sector or similar setting
  • Proven experience in minute and note-taking.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment, delivering high-quality service.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
