Job Title: Corporate Commercial Solicitor��
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join an award-winning team of a well-established Private Practice in West Yorkshire on a permanent basis due to expansion.
This is a great opportunity that will expose the successful candidate to a variety of interesting work and clients across a wide range of sectors both nationally and internationally.
Duties will include:
- Managing own caseload of corporate commercial matters alongside supporting the team
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and terms of conditions
- Dealing with a variety of agreements and IP matters
- Handling mergers and acquisitions as well as the sales and purchases of shares
Applications will be considered from experienced Corporate Commercial Qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE.
This role can be either on a full time or part time basis. There is also the option of hybrid working. �
Salary: Competitive + DOE
