We are recruiting a HR Business Partner / ER Advisor for a public sector organisation based in Huntingdon. FTC until August 2026 Hybrid working, 2 days on site with the flexibility to increase days as required. Salary range - £40,000 - £43,000 PAReporting to the HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a varied ER case load including sickness absence, grievances, appeals and disciplinaries.You will understand that employee wellbeing is important and how you manage your work to resolve cases should take a commercial as well as person centric approach. Leading and supporting change management initiatives to drive organisational transformation is also key to this role. Reviewing and developing HR policies to ensure they are up-to-date and effective will be part of your role. You will analyse HR data and produce insightful reports to guide decision-making and strategic planning. Effectively managing relationships with stakeholders, managers, employees, and staff representatives to deliver HR solutions is crucial. About you: You will be an experienced HR Generalist who has a passion and bias for managing employee relations case work. You will be proactive and collaborative with a person-centred approach.
