Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students during lessons
- Ensure students follow instructions in the absence of the teacher
- Manage classroom behaviour in a positive and proactive manner
- Assist students as needed with their classwork and activities
- Provide feedback to teachers and school staff as necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different environments
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with young people
