About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and organised Document Controller to join a reputable construction firm based in South East London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams. The ideal candidate will have previous experience using Aconex and a strong understanding of construction project documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports.
- Ensure the accurate filing, storage, and retrieval of documents across various systems.
- Maintain a comprehensive document control system and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and track document revisions, ensuring that the latest version is always available to the relevant parties.
- Support the project management team with general administrative duties, as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of document control systems and processes.
- Proficiency in using Aconex software (essential).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
