We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at our exciting new location in East London and help us deliver outstanding service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
• Lead and inspire the team to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, food safety, and licensing standards.
• Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development.
• Manage staff schedules to optimize efficiency.
• Assist in budget management, cost control, and revenue growth.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure a positive dining experience for all.
