A talented and driven qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) with solid accountancy experience is required to join a dynamic Business Services and Outsourcing team within a Top 10 Accounting firm. Our client supports entrepreneurial businesses-ranging from ambitious SMEs to large multinationals-by providing innovative accounting solutions, so this is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in solving real business challenges while collaborating with an exceptional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own portfolio of clients, delivering exceptional services including accounting, payroll, and compliance.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients as their day-to-day contact, helping them navigate their challenges.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to deliver multidisciplinary solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members, monitor performance, and contribute to their professional growth.
  • Prepare high-quality files for manager review, liaise with clients, and attend year-end meetings to strengthen client relationships.
  • Spot opportunities to enhance delivery and drive additional value for clients.

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Proficiency with tools like Xero, Sage, and IRIS GP accounts (experience with these is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and delivering results.
