Fleet Administrator Claydon My client is seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their dynamic Fleet department. This role is key to supporting the efficient operation of their fleet by managing fuel cards, fleet registers, penalty charges, and vehicle logistics.Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue and maintain fuel cards, manage fuel reports, and update registers
  • Coordinate vehicle logistics, including delivery/collection arrangements
  • Maintain vehicle records, including defect reports and maintenance schedules for HGVs
  • Manage driver files, including tachographs and logbooks
  • Process penalty charges (PCNs, NIPs) and action payments/recharges
  • Analyse telematics data for 170+ vehicles and update system allocations
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, invoicing queries, and fleet management updates
Key Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
  • Diligent, analytical, and capable of working under pressure
