In-House Property LawyerA professional membership body based in Warwickshire, is looking to recruit an experienced residential property lawyer to join their team.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis working 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote.

The role will focus on providing support to client members resolving queries and drawing up tenancy agreements. It will also provide an opportunity to build and head up a team as the workload and remit increases.

Applications are sought from qualified Solicitors who have 2-3 years PQE and a solid background in all aspects of residential property including sales and drafting tenancy agreements.

This is a fantastic opportunity to move in-house with excellent career prospects.
