About the Role:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the needs of students with Autism, SEMH, trauma, sensory difficulties, and challenging behaviour.
Create an engaging and structured learning environment that supports emotional regulation and individual progress.
Work closely with support staff and external professionals to provide the best outcomes for students.
Use effective behaviour management strategies to support students with complex needs.
Continuously assess and adapt learning approaches to ensure each student is reaching their potential.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.
Proven experience working with students who have special educational needs.
Strong understanding of Autism, SEMH, trauma-informed teaching, and sensory needs.
Ability to create and implement structured lesson plans to meet diverse learning requirements.
A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
