JOB TITLE: Development Engineer

Development Engineer:
As an integral part of a team of specialists, you will be involved in engineering projects aimed at developing and enhancing products and manufacturing processes — from initial ideas and concepts, through development, and ultimately to implementation.
Key Skills & Duties:

Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks) to design components, tools, and machine parts, incorporating:

Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles

Creation of detailed technical drawings

Evaluate and validate new product specifications to ensure feasibility and performance.

Develop and document manufacturing standards and product specifications.

Facilitate the transfer of technology to manufacturing plants by preparing comprehensive documentation, supporting commissioning activities, and demonstrating compliance with dimensional and performance criteria.
