We are looking for an Electrical Assessor to join our Fantastic college based in Kingston Upon Thames on a Apprenticeship Programme. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education and training in the electrical field. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and flexible working days.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct assessments for apprentices in the electrical field.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help apprentices meet their learning objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all programme guidelines and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress and assessments.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the training programme.
- Must hold at least a Level 3 Assessor qualification.
- Proven experience in electrical training and assessment.
- Strong understanding of the latest industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and support learners.
