About you: You’ll have experience as an Assistant Manager within a similar environment, with a passion and love for fashion!

What you’ll be doing as Assistant Manager:
- Be a brand ambassador for Sosandar, taking pride in setting and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Support the Store Manager in fostering an environment of passion, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge of the brand.
- Assist in managing overall operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and complies with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clear and strong brand image by creating eye-catching visual merchandising and upholding high standards.
- Work with the Store Manager to manage costs and influence commercial decisions.
- Act as a point of escalation for any customer queries or concerns, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional shopping experiences, maximising productivity and profitability. Provide regular feedback and training to lead the team.
- Be innovative and take ownership, working with autonomy in the manager's absence.
- Lead the team with a positive, “anything is possible” attitude!
You’ll be the face of our Harrogate Sosandar store once it opens.
Hours: 40 per week.
